Jennifer Lopez has just a few things lined up for 2015, American idol will be back of course, a new partnership with health and fitness company BodyLab, star in TV show Shades of Blue and lastly appear in the thriller The Boy Next Door…you know along with making more music and being a mother. But the 45-year-old still has something to prove she tells Self. “I want to prove to everyone that I can do everything and be a superwoman. But I have to take time for myself.”
Jennifer even dished on playing a Claire in The Boy Next Door who mistakenly has an affair with the teenage boy next door before it ends up all Fatal Attraction on her. “I can relate. I’ve been through divorce. I’ve been cheated on, just like every other girl in the world. So you sympathize, you understand the emotions. And I’ve dated a younger guy once in my life, so I could definitely understand that part, too—the attraction.”
