Justin Bieber will not face charges in the paparazzi attack from last May. Bieber had an altercation with a paparazzo who was blocking him from exiting a movie theater parking lot, the pap went on to say he had injuries from Bieber’s attack (he continued taking photos after the attack). According to the HuffingtonPost, “Prosecutors decided not to file any charges against Justin Bieber after investigators found no evidence that the pop star had kicked and punched a photographer after leaving a movie theater last month, a document obtained Wednesday states. Prosecutors had been asked by police to consider filing a misdemeanor battery charge against Bieber, but Los Angeles County sheriff’s investigators found no visible injuries, video or photographs to confirm the allegations by the photographer.”
Bieber was with girlfriend Selena Gomez at the time of the attack and witness say they never saw Bieber kick the man like he stated.”All the photos and video taken during this incident by the many photographers were obtained and reviewed,” the document states. “There are no photos of a physical altercation.”
In other Bieber news…he has asked a judge to dismiss a $9 million lawsuit against the pop star. He was being sued by a woman claiming she suffered hearing loss after attending one of his concerts.
