Kat Williams is going to take it easy for a little while and has announced his retirement from stand-up comedy after a few recently brushes with the law. “I’m just gonna go ahead and announce my retirement from stand-up. I’m kinda done,” Williams told Komo 4 News. “I’ve discussed it with my kids, I wasn’t gonna do in the middle of a Seattle street, I was going to go to Los Angeles and do it in the offices of ICM or LiveNation.”
Over the past few weeks Williams has been constantly causing trouble from riding his motorbike on a side walk, slapping a Target employee, threatening people in a bar and then harassing them (he was arrested) and then yesterday he had a problem at a hotel. He was kicked out of the Courtyard Marriott hotel (and he had bloody knuckles and added his knee was “busted up”), but he gave no explanation to why he was kicked out. Police were called, but he was not arrested.
