Katy Perry rocked an electric blue wig for the MTV Movie Awards Red Carpet and for her performance. Katy Perry’s red carpet dress was cute but very revealing…Katy has to be confident in herself to wear a dress like that! One thing I loves when was Katy performed “California Gurls” and she was on the surf board in the air…too cute!
