Kendall Jenner desperately wanted a tattoo on the back of her neck for her birthday and  traveled with her sister to Las Vegas to get a tattoo during her Sweet 16 special on E!…well she didn’t go through with it since she did realize it was permanent…but she did travel to Vegas without her parents and forged her mother signature for the consent form. Kendall is a sweetheart wanting to have a low key birthday with her friends…not an extravaganza like her mother wanted! She said not to a party in the Bahamas and the Four Seasons because she felt bad for people who were less fortunate than her…awwww! She did rapper Tyga and a new car…great birthday indeed!
