Kesha may have had a public fallout with former producer Dr. Luke, but now she is suing him for sexually, physically, verbally and emotionally abusing her for the past 10 years. TMZ obtained a new lawsuit filed by the “Tik Tok” singer where she claims Luke abused from from the beginning of their working relationship, at age 18. She says he made sexual advances towards her and tried to make her use drugs and alcohol.
She recalls once incident where Dr. Luke forced her to snort an unknown substance before boarding a plane and then while she was drugged he forced himself on her.
In another incident Kesha says he gave her “sober pills” and when she woke up the next day she was naked, sore, sick and had no memory of the what happened. This abuse is what landed Kesha in rehab.
Kesha also revealed there was physical abuse. She says Luke attacjed her in his Malibu house where he was “violently thrashing his arms at her.” She later escaped.
Kesha is looking to break her contract with the producer. Kesha’s lawyer, Mark Geragos, tells TMZ … “This lawsuit is a wholehearted effort by Kesha to regain control of her music career and her personal freedom after suffering for ten years as a victim of mental manipulation, emotional abuse and an instance of sexual assault at the hands of Dr. Luke. The facts presented in our lawsuit paint a picture of a man who is controlling and willing to commit horrible acts of abuse in an attempt to intimidate an impressionable, talented, young female artist into submission for his personal gain. Kesha is focused on moving her life and her career beyond this terrible time.”

Update: Dr. Luke responds! His leag team has called Kesha an extortionist –she threatened to allegedly lie about him if she wasn’t released from her contract –and liar.
In a statement to Gossip Cop, Dr. Luke’s attorney Christine Lepera says Kesha is a lair!
As set forth in the complaint that we have filed on behalf of Dr. Luke, Kesha and her mother are engaged in a campaign of publishing outrageous and untrue statements about Dr. Luke to third parties, including scurrilous and false statements of purported physical and mental abuse of Kesha. These are allegations that Kesha and Pebe have themselves admitted are false. The complaint explains that Kesha and her mother Pebe have wielded these defamatory statements in an attempt to extort Gottwald into releasing Kesha from her exclusive recording agreement with Dr. Luke.
We understand that Kesha has filed a lawsuit of her own against Dr. Luke, though we have not yet seen it. Undoubtedly, Kesha’s lawsuit is nothing more than a continuation of her bad and offensive acts. We are confident that Dr. Luke will prevail in all matters, and that our client will be awarded substantial damages for this malicious conduct.
