French Montana who…Khloe Kardashian might be moving on to a new guy former Laker, Rick Fox. The duo dined at Casa Vega in Sherman Oaks, Calif., last week and ate from 11:45 p.m. until 1:30 a.m. at the trendy Mexican restaurant. Outside of the restaurant Rick was asked if they had a budding romance to which he replied, “Khloé’s a good friend.”
