Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak is victorious in her “Tardy for the Party” court case against former co-starKandi Burruss. Zolciak and Burruss went toe to toe over royalties over the song. Burruss claimed Zolciak kept most of the profit from the ‘Tardy’ song although it was her song to begin with. Zolciak said the lawsuit was more of a publicity stunt for Burruss’ show, “The Kandi Factory.” A judge sided with Zolciak and the case is now over!
