We weren’t sure what to expect on Saturday Night Live this weekend, but the show did not disappoint with the return of White House press secretary Sean Spicer we mean Melissa McCarthy. Not only did Spicy return for the cold open, but he came back better than ever—with his signature gum chewing and even more question detracting. Melissa might get an Emmy for her portrayal, I mean come’on. When Melissa started trying to sell Ivanka Trump’s merch at the podium well it was genius.
Alec Baldwin hosted—so yes we did expect some kind of Trump skit—but People’s Court was perfection. And then there was Leslie Jones wanting to take over for the Trump impersonation if Alec’s busy and that Russell Stover commercial. OMG!
