Melissa Rivers will inherit her mother’s $110 Million estate, which includes $75 million in cash and a $35 million NYC condo. Joan Rivers also left her only grandchild Cooper, 13 his own inheritance.
Melissa also plans to sue the medical clinic where Joan died according to TMZ. Rivers wants to know exactly what happened to her mother to cause her death and by filing a lawsuit against Yorkville Endoscopy LLC will force the physicians and staff to sit for a deposition and answer questions regarding Joan’s death.
Melissa is frustrated and wants answers from Yorkville and the Dept. of Health, who she believes knows what happened.A coroner recently revealed that Joan died from a lack of oxygen.
