Don’t you just hate it when it’s hot and you have on makeup and you feel like you are melting (“I’m melting…I’m melting). It’s a horrible feeling when your “face” melts off… lol! So I either downgrade how much makeup I have on or I look for waterproof or smudge proof makeup.  I like the Make Up For Ever Aqua Eyes pencils (they set in and don’t budge for a long time). I haven’t tried the CoverGirl Outlast Lipstain but I heard they are good but I have the CoverGirl Lash Blast (waterproof version) and I love it. The brush is kind weird but it works.
