Miley Cyrus may face a misdemeanor criminal battery charges for a fight that broke out at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood on Sunday. LAPD Officer Herrera told ET that Cyrus was listed as suspect in an incident that occurred at 1:15 a.m. Sunday morning. The alleged victim filed police report,but no arrests were made. Cyrus and her fiancé, Liam Hemsworth, argued with someone and exchanged words before Cyrus stepped in between them before the fight broke out… no other information is known.
Miley’s rep tells TMZ, “This claim is completely false and erroneous.”
