Matte lips are the new “It” trend. I am so used to shiny or creamy lips that the matte lip trend kinda threw me off. Your lips will be more dry that with lip gloss, so if you already have dry lips then I would suggest that you prep your lips before wearing this trend. You should exfoliate your lips (with a scrub or wash cloth…sometimes I use an old toothbrush)…if your lips are chapped then this look will be terrible. Then I will apply Vaseline or Chapstick at night and by the next morning you should be ready to go. If it feel too dry then add a tiny bit of gloss on your bottom lip.
