When I think of permanent makeup I think of women with tattooed eyebrows or lip liner that looks obviously fake and harsh. Usually, the tattoo makeup looks just like it is…a tattoo. I was reading an article at Beauty Snob about how the Amazing Cees tattooed her eyebrows (Tina) and I have to tell you he is an artist. She has eyebrows she just wanted them to look better and fuller. You don’t even know that her eyebrows have been tattooed ( at least not to me) It makes me reconsider Permanent makeup. But i’m still a scaredy cat. Wow!!!! What do you think?
