Singer Pink had her gallbladder removed after suffering a stomach flu and her daughter even had to spend her first birthday at the hospital with her. Her rep tells E!, “Pink had her gallbladder removed and is out of the hospital recovering nicely.” Of course Pink has a little energy to tweet, “oh and p.s….. F YOU gall bladder! SAYONARA!!!!!!!!!!!!” Pink tweeted.
