Prince wasreportedly battling the flu before his death and there are rumors of an overdose, but his personal chef, Ray Roberts says the singe was suffering from a sore throat and upset stomach. “It felt like he wasn’t himself probably the last month or two,” Roberts said. “I think he was just struggling with being sick a lot.” He added that Prince wasn’t feeling well for “weeks at a time.”
Roberts’ added that prince did not eat meat and liked foods like roasted beets and minestrone soup had traded those meals in for smoothies and fresh juices for his sore throat and stomach issues.
We are still waiting on the official toxicology report. There is also a new report that George Lopez gave the family $20K since a judge froze the singer’s assets and the family needed some money until financial matters are hashed out. Prince was reportedly very generous with his family.
