The PussyCat Dolls just got hit was a very hard accusation—prostitution! Former Doll Kaya Jones (from 2003-2005) is slamming her former girl group and taking aim at the group’s founder, Robin Antin.
Over the weekend Jones went on Twitter and began to talk about her experience as a PussyCat Doll. She wrote, “My truth. I wasn’t in a girl group. I was in a prostitution ring. Oh & we happened to sing & be famous. While everyone who owned us made the $. How bad was it? People ask—bad enough that I walked away from my dreams, my bandmates & a 13 million dollar record deal. We knew we were going to be #1.” JOnes claims to have slept with men to be in the group and even accuses someone she calls the ‘Den Mother’ of abuse. “I want the den mother from hell to confess why another 1 of her girl group girls committed suicide? Tell the public how you mentally broke us.” It appears she is talking about Antin who is the founder of the group and we think she is referencing to G.R.L. singer Simone Battle, who committed suicide in September of 2014.
But Antin is striking back telling The Blast she is shocked over Kaya Jones‘ allegations, adding that they are “disgusting, ridiculous lies,” and Jones is “clearly looking for her 15 minutes.” Antin says Kaya was not an official member of the group and was on a trial run!
