L’Oreal has tons of shampoos and conditioners for every type and texture of hair. So when I saw Jennifer Lopez in those EverSleek commercials I said to myself…gotta have it….So I dipped my toes in the L’Oreal Paris EverSleek Intense Smoothing Shampoo and Conditioner. One thing though…it was not for me! The Smoothing shampoo and conditioner was great at first and then it got heavy on my hair after a few uses, not good for a person with fine hair. So I dumped it (not literally…I saved it for someone else who might need it)! Then I saw it…it was a different formula and I said…ok…one more time and this time it was different. I tried the alternate version of the EverSleek collection, the L’Oreal Paris EverSleek Reparative Smoothing Shampoo and Conditioner and wow what a difference!
I have been using the L’Oreal Paris EverSleek Reparative Smoothing Shampoo and Conditioner for about a month now and my hair feels and looks great! I have fine, curly that damages easily. I just got a haircut so I don’t have as many split ends, but this shampoo and conditioner is a keeper for the person who uses hot tools. Plus the shampoo and conditioner leaves my hair soft and shiny without weighing my hair down and I have a little volume! They dou are both Sulfate-free, silicone-free, paraben-free, has natural botanicals & oils and is 100% vegan!
What I learned is that not all formulas work the same! The L’Oreal Paris EverSleek Intense Smoothing Shampoo and Conditioner might be for a person with more unruly hair and maybe my hair is more damaged than it is unruly!! You have to try different things until you get it perfect! Try sample sizes.
I also use the EverStrong Deep Conditioning Replenishing Masque, $9 for a little extra TLC. I replace the masque with my conditioner and I use it once every 1-2 weeks! Its super light on my hair and soaks right in!
Price: Under $7 ( head over to L’Oreal’s site for a $1 off coupon!)
