Ryan Lochte and his friends conveniently left out a little of that ‘robbery’ information —like that they stopped as a gas station bathroom and broke the door and the gas station employees demanded they pay for the damages. They guys were in the cab when they were approached at the car. Eventually they got out of the cab and did have their hands up. No gun can be seen in the video.
Maybe you don’t get drunk and act dumb about it in another country. Or pay for the damage!
