Miguel may be new to the music business but he is going to learn a valuable lesson…don’t jump over a crowd and mistakenly land on a person’s head. Khyati Shah—the audience member that Miguel landed on during his performance at the Billboard Music Awards may sue the R&B crooner. Her lawyer Vip Bhola, claims she is considering suing Miguel, but are waiting for her medical results. Khyati has allegedly been experiencing “difficulties” her lawyer tells E!News. “We will determine that after we have feedback from medical providers,” Bhola told E! News. Miguel was even spotted backstage talking to Khyati even calling her his ‘new friend’ but that may not stop a lawsuit…she’s open to a settlement!
