Subways’ famous spokesperson, Jared Fogle, was caught in the middle of a home raid in a child porn investigation. Fogle, who was not arrested, was home at the time of the 6:30 a.m. raid in his Indiana home. The FBI’s special task force removed electronics from the home and took them to a mobile forensics vehicle parked outside the home.

The raid comes two months after the arrest of Russell Taylor, the  executive director of the Jared Foundation, who faces pornography charges after investigators found more than 400 illicit videos in his Indianapolis home. Fogle severed ties with Taylor.

“Jared has been cooperating, and continues to cooperate, with law enforcement in their investigation of unspecified charges and looks forward to its conclusion,” attorney Ron Elberger said in an email. “He has not been detained, arrested or charged with any crime or offense.”
