I almost always neglect my lower lashes. I saw the Tarte Bottoms Up Lower Lash Mascara ( $16) before but ignored it due to my negligence of my lower lashes. But knowing me I always go back to products that I may have skipped over. Â My brain is usually thinking about some kind of beauty product 80% of the time (LOL). The Tarte Bottoms Up mascara is made specifically for the lower lashes. The brush applicator is made smaller so that even the tiniest hair (like those of the lower lashes) is coated with mascara. I’m not sure that I would run out and buy mascara just for my bottom lashes. I’m a product junkie but even I have my limits (especially economical). I think that I can stick with my regular mascara (I have a good steady hand). Tarte has made this a green kind of product with recyclable packaging and it’s Paraben, Sulfate and fragrance free. FYI –Applying mascara to the lower lashes can give you that doe-eyed innocent look (which I think is cute for some occasions).
