Kate Middleton and her royal family may be filing a lawsuit against French Magazine, Closer for printiong topless photos of her sunbathing with prince William, but more magazine will be publishing even more photos. The photos will now be published in Irish magazine, Irish Daily Star and Italian magazine Chi. “There can be no motivation for this action other than greed,” a St. James’s Palace spokesperson said in a statement. Chi will release a 26 page spread of the Duchess of Cambridge and her husband, The Duke of Cambridge from their French vacation. Closer has since taken the topless photos of Kate down from their website.
“It is a story worth publishing in an extraordinary edition because it shows in a natural light the everyday life of a very famous contemporary young couple in love. The fact that they happen to be the future king and queen of England certainly makes it more interesting and current, and in line with today’s concept of monarchy,” Alfonso Signorini, Chi’s editor-in-chief, said in an e-mail statement to CNN.
