Tyga was a little under the weather yesterday while a debtors examination on Tuesday in California in connection with celebrity jeweler Jason Arasheben’s lawsuit. The 26-year-old sat down to be questioned when the interview was cut short over an illness (aka he didn’t seem to want to answer questions).

“[Tyga] wasn’t well enough to proceed about two hours into the examination,”Arasheben’s lawyer Danny Abir of Abir, Cohen, Treyzon and Salo told People. “Considering there are a number of documents we had asked for him to produce that he had not brought with him and the fact that we still have a lot more questions to ask, we have agreed for him to return with the documents on Nov. 1 for the remainder of the examination.”

Arasheben claims Tyga owes him $280,000 for jewelry, that he has no paid.He first filed the lawsuit in 2013. He says Tyga will be asked “questions related to his finances, such as to his source of income to support his lifestyle as well as to pay for the extravagant gifts he buys” for his girlfriend Kylie Jenner. Arasheben’s lawyer Boris Treyzon of Abir, Cohen, Treyzon and Salo told People, “He answered questions to the best of his ability – there were some things he couldn’t remember, but we did not feel he was being evasive. After a couple of hours he felt unwell.”
