Amanda Bynes may have had her license suspended but that surely didn’t mean she had to stop driving, right? Of course she was supposed to stop driving, but she didn’t and she was involved in a fender bender…can you say Driving School! Bynes was driving (in her BMW) in West Hollywood with a suspended license when she tapped the car in front of her…there was little to no damage.
