She’s back at it! Amanda Bynes may have been under the influence of Adderall when she was arrested for a DUI on Sunday. A source tells TMZ that Bynes was on Adderall, and out of it at the time of her arrest. Although the drug may have been prescribed, she is not allowed to operate a vehicle while impaired, which she was while on the drug.
But Amanda’s new problems seem to have arisen now that she is living on her own in an Orange County apartment and no longer living living with her parents. She has allegedly gone back to weed and is off her anti-psychotic medication. Amanda’s parents let the conservatorship go after they deemed her better and it ended earlier this month. Big mistake!
And up until her arrest they have no clue where Amanda is and did not even know she was arrested until it hit the internet and the media came calling.
According to RadarOnline, Amanda is not only back on drugs, but flunked out of fashion school. “Amanda just stopped going to classes. Everything had been going very well for her up until the conservatorship ended. Her instructors tried to reach out to Amanda, given her history of very public breakdowns, but got no response. As a result, Amanda flunked out. It’s really sad, because Amanda had been doing so well.”
The source added, “Amanda is smoking pot again, and drinking. She stopped taking her psychiatric medications also. She is absolutely out of control, and having the conservatorship end is probably the worst thing in the world for her.”
