Beyonce was almost cast in the live-action movie, ‘Beauty and the Beast,’ but decided to turn down the role. In an interview with Yahoo, with the movie’s director Bill Condon he says Beyonce was offered a tiny role in the movie, but she declined. “I even tried to get her into Beauty and the Beast, but it wasn’t a big enough part. She would have been a good feather duster.” The role went to Gugu Mbatha-Raw, from Beyond the Lights. Beyonce and Condon worked together on Dreamgirls.
Beyonce instead spent 2015 when Beauty and the Beast was made recording her hit visual album, Lemonade. And then she had her high profile twin pregnancy in 2016 to 2017 so the Queen has been busy, but imagine the surprise if Beyonce has made a cameo, that would have been incredible and super fun!
