Denise Richards has slapped ex-husband, Charlie Sheen with a lawsuit for $1.2 million. According to Richards Sheen not only paying the child support he promised but also threw her out of a home he purchased near his and asked her to live in—to be closer to daughters Sam, 11, and Lola, 10. She also goes on to say after the move into the Mulholland Estates in Beverly Hills, California Sheen began to act more erratic to her and her daughters.
Sheen later evicted Richards despite saying he would never do so and never purchased her a new home, as promised. Sheen’s lawyer says its all about money. “Denise Richards is not satisfied that she has received $660,000 tax free each year for almost 10 years,” Sheen’s attorney Martin Singer told People. “It is not enough money for her, besides the approximate $10 million she has received from Charlie under her short marriage.”
But Denise took her fight to Twitter where she wrote to Singer, “Marty Singer u being the trustee should support a mom fighting to keep it intact for the children. It’s their money, not mine or your client. Mr. Singer according to your calculations your client owes me an enormous balance. Wow thank u!”
Of course there is more in the lawsuit—like alleged death threats to Richards and crude text messages. Denise says that Charlie promised her a trust for the kids—which includes a home. She also gets $55k a month in child support.
