Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller are in court right now as Charlie will contest Brooke’s custody arrangement due to her recent return to drugs. Charlie’s drug tests have allegedly come back clean while Brooke refused to take a drug test.
According to RadarOnline,
“Charlie hasn’t been drinking or doing drugs,” said a RadarOnline informant. “If the judge were to ask Charlie to take a urine drug test on the spot, Charlie would. He has nothing to hide. Charlie is in full compliance with all orders of the custody agreement.”
Brooke Mueller hit rock bottom last week and was spotted buying cocaine from a street dealer in crime-riddled Inglewood, Calif. She enrolled in another rehab program over the weekend. But now, she stands to lose the kids to Sheen. He wants to take them on the road with him as he continues to tour the country with his one-man show.
Two people have stepped up to help with the twins… Brooke’s mother, Moira Fiore and Denise Richards, yup you heard that right! Brooke’s mother wants custody of the twins, Bob and Max and let’s face it she has probably been taking care of them this entire time…Moira told friends,
“We’ve been with the kids since they were born, and Charlie has only seen the kids a couple of times in the last few months.”
And even Denise Richards wants to help (she does have two daughters with Charlie) with the twins.
Denise told Charlie it was apparent Brooke couldn’t care for the twins and Charlie was on the road doing his show, so she offered to take the kids and let them live with her until things stabilized.
As for Charlie’s reaction … well, he didn’t shut her down. He said, “I’ll keep you posted.”
Update: Court didn’t go well for Charlie…Brooke gets to keep custody of the twins!
