2013 Billboard Music Awards - Arrivals

Chris Brown is a free bird after spending the last three months behind bars the singer was finally released at 12:01 am on Monday Los Angeles Sheriff’s deputy Tony Moore told The Associated Press. Brown had been in police custody since March after getting kicked out of a rehab facility he was being treated at. It was just last month that Brown was sentenced to an additional four months in jail in connection to a Washington D.C. fight that violated his probation, but was released early.

Upon his release Chris tweeted, “Humbled and Blessed. Back to the Music and the Fans. Thank you GOD.” Brown will remain on probation until Jan. 23, 2015 and will have to submit to random drug testing, receive psychiatric counseling twice a week and attend outpatient therapy along with the 1,000 additional hours of community service he must complete. He’s due back in court in August.

Hopefully Chris stays on the right path this time.
