I have been buying salon quality products online and in drugstores for years. I never thought it was a bad thing until I heard about something called Diversion. Diversion is when products are sold in “unauthorized” places. These are salon quality hair products from companies like L’Oreal or Redken but they can be old, contaminated, diluted and overpriced. Some products are even counterfeit. The video is 7 minutes long but it’s worth watching if Diversion is something you are worried about.
