As a kid I was made fun of because of my freckles and wanted to ban them from my face, but I’ve grown to love them and it looks like so have a ton of other people. Freckle tattoos are now a thing. According to a new report people are getting freckle tattoos on their faces with semipermanent ink.
Montreal cosmetic tattoo artist Gabrielle Rainbow told New Beauty Magazine she started doing freckle tattoos after her best friend got tired of drawing on her freckles.“Before tattooing her, I experimented on myself—I really don’t recommend tattooing your own face—but once I saw that it worked out, and I liked the effect, I decided to do hers.”We have seen people put ‘fake’ moles /beauty marks on the faces to cover pimples and dark spots but we never thought tattoo.
Emma’s freckles are real! But are you down with freckled tatts?
Tattooed freckles in all the right places! These guys will heal quite a bit softer and more natural looking. (Brows not by me — I’ll be working on those next month!) Thanks!
