Nail polishes used to be just shiny or glittery. That was it. Now you have matte finishes (still getting used to the no shine) and a new finish called suede. It does dry smooth, but it gives the nail a different kind of look or finish. You know how suede has different looks depending on which way you look at it, well that’s how it looks. I haven’t had a chance to try the suede polishes.
