New details from Kim Kardashian’s Paris Robbery has emerged after French newspaper Le Journal du Dimanche released the police report she gave just hours after the incident. According to the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star told police, “I heard a noise at the door, like, footsteps, and I shouted to ask who was there, but no one answered.”
Kim went on to add, “I called my bodyguard at 2:56 a.m.. Then, beyond the sliding doors, I saw two people arrive with the gentleman from reception, and he was tied up. Both men were hooded, one had a ski mask and he had a cap and a jacket with ‘police’ on it. The second man had the same ‘police’ clothes, but did not have any ski mask. … It was the one with the ski mask who stayed with me.”
“It’s the one with the ski goggles who stayed with me,” she said in the report. “He demanded with a strong French accent, my ring. It was on the bedside table. It’s worth 4 million dollars. … I told him that I didn’t know, he took out a gun and I showed him the ring.”
“They grabbed me and took me into the hallway. I was wearing a bathrobe, naked underneath. Then we went in the room again and they pushed me on the bed. And, it was this time, they tied me up with plastic cables and taped my hands, then they put tape over my mouth and my legs. He took out a gun and I showed him the ring. He had gloves. He asked me where the jewels and the money were. And at that point, they tied me up and put plastic cables and scotch tape on my hands, and then taped my mouth and my legs.” Kim added that the thieves took about $5 million worth of jewelry and “Then they left on the run.” But the group didn’t seem too experienced she said.“I felt they were a bit inexperienced because of the way they tied me up.” Kim was left tied up in the hotel bathroom, but she was soon able to escape from her restraints.
Over a dozen people were arrested this week in connection with the robbery. Ten people have been charged in connection with the robbery.
