ARTPOP was not the success Lady Gaga thought it would be and she may b putting the blame on ex-manager, Troy Carter, but insider say it was the lackluster music for the flop. ARTPOP sold about 250,000 copies in its first week. Over the weekend Gaga revealed issues with her new video, “Do What U Want” and its delay on her Web site LittleMonsters after being ‘betrayed.’ An insider told Page Six, “She’s mad the album failed. At no point does she talk about the under­performance of the music . . . Everything is to blame except the music being bad.”
