It’s true Lady Gaga is headed to Las Vegas, no not for a shotgun wedding but for her very own 2-year residency at MGM’s Park Theater. Gaga confirmed the rumors via Twitter.”The rumors are true! I will have my own residency at MGM’s Park Theater,” Gaga tweeted. “Get ready for a brand new show!! It’s been my lifelong dream to be a Las Vegas girl, I’m so overjoyed! LOVE YOU LITTLE MONSTERS WE DID IT, MEET ME IN Las Vegas!!”
Gaga started the year with a huge bang —she sang her heart out for the Super Bowl halftime show before announcing her Joanne World Tour. The fixed venue will allow Gaga to perform for fans in a stationary location and continue other projects like movies and TV—just like Jennifer Lopez did!
Look for Gaga’s show in Vegas to start in late 2018 with a whopping 74 dates! And she’ll reportedly make about $100 million for the two-year span. Will you travel to see Gaga in Sin City? I actually saw Mariah Carey in Vegas a few years back and it was fun to see her perform. I also wanted to see JLO but never got to. Maybe I’ll check out Gaga, who knows!
