Lindsay Lohan was questioned by police Monday after jewelry went missing from an LA home where she was staying. Lohan and her assistant were staying at the home after a small party. The next day the owner of the home called police to report jewelry that was stolen and Lohan was brought in for questioning…but she is not a suspect!
According to published reports, the actress and her assistant had a sleepover this past weekend at a Hollywood Hills house following a small party.
But the next morning, the home’s owner allegedly discovered that jewelry had been stolen and called police. LiLo was reportedly questioned and is not considered a suspect.
A spokesman for the Hollywood Community Police tells E! News that the incident happened on Saturday night but was unable to provide additional information.
The 26-year-old was notoriously charged with felony grand theft in February for allegedly pilfering a necklace from a Los Angeles jewelry store. She was later sentenced to 120 days in jail and 480 hours of community service.
