Although it looked like Lindsay Lohan has rekindled her relationship with Samantha Ronson…it’s just not true. Lindsay and Samantha went to the club, Le Baron in NYC and hung out…as ‘friends.’

Lindsay did hang out with Sam Thursday night at Le Baron in New York — but sources tell TMZ, there was no touchy-feely business going on … it was just two old friends catching up together.
There were reports the two might have rekindled a relationship — but we’re told that’s not true … neither Lindsay nor Sam has plans to reunite romantically.
We’re told the two are simply focusing on mending their friendship after a rough break-up in 2009. They began dating on-and-off in 2007.
As one source put it — they’re “just friends. That’s it. Nothing more.”
And some good news for Lindsay…she will not be charged in that hit and run incident from a few weeks back.
Lindsay Lohan won’t face prosecution over a nightclub manager’s claims that the actress struck him with her sportscar due to lack of evidence and doubts about his credibility, prosecutors decided Friday.
Police had asked the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office to review whether Lohan should be charged with leaving the scene of an accident, but the office determined there was insufficient evidence to pursue a case. Police interviewed the manager, reviewed surveillance footage and looked at Lohan’s Porsche and found no evidence that an accident had occurred.
