Not everybody is into Miley Cyrus on stage antics and one country has even banned the singer from performance in their country. Dominican Republic has banned the starlet’s performance on Sept. 13 on morality grounds. The tickets to the concert have been on sale since July, ranging in price from $27 to $370, but the Dominican Republic government commission released a statement that Miley often “undertakes acts that go against morals and customs, which are punishable by Dominican law.”

Wow, the DR is really strict. So is the concert banned or canceled?
