Selena Gomez may indeed be back in rehab. After the pop star ended her tour early in August to concentrate on her “health and happiness” after suffering from “anxiety, panic attacks and depression” due to her lupus rumors began to swirl that Selena was getting medical attention. Now sources tell People she did enter rehab, but its “absolutely not related to alcohol or substance abuse” and that she was feeling “optimistic about the future.”
Another source claims “Selena is dealing with lupus, but this break is to focus on her mental health. She can go to a very dark place.” The source added the facility, is “private and quiet place,” but “super intense.” It’s in Tennessee.
Selena surfaced over the weekend in Tennessee out with her family.
