Selena Gomez  stopped by Ellen today and she dished a little on Justin’s situation. This must be upsetting for Selena to have some girl claiming to have Justin’s baby!
“I have to ask before we talk about anything else…What a crazy last two weeks it’s been in the news,” Ellen DeGeneres begins. “You’ve been all right?”
“I have been, yeah,” Gomez answers.
Ellen responds, “Everything’s all good now. You knew that all along but it’s nice to have everything out in the open now.”
“Yeah, it’s good to just kind of…be good,” the starlet answers.
Selena’s stalker, Thomas Brodnicki has also been released and the judge dismissed the stalker charges…WTF?
According to Eonline,
Los Angeles judge has dismissed the stalking charge against the 46-year-old Illinois man.
Los Angeles County District Attorney spokesperson Sandi Gibbons’ tells E! News, “After a preliminary hearing the judge over our strong objection ruled that the defendant lacked the intent to cause fear to the victim and dismissed the case. We are evaluating our next step.”
The prosecutors were given a chance to supply sufficient evidence to the judge, but failed to do so, which means Brodnicki—who does have a temporary restraining order in place keeping him 100 yards away from Gomez—has been released. Yeah, WTF is right.
A hearing on whether that order should be made permanent will be held on Nov. 23 at a Burbank courthouse.
